The requirements to obtain the Golden Visa include:

INVESTMENT REQUIREMENTS 

To unlock the Golden Visa, an investment in property valued at €500,000  or above + Taxes  is required.

1. Option 1: Visit Spain on a tourist visa, find your dream property, and sign the pre-agreement (contrato de arras). Upon making the initial deposit, you become eligible to apply for the Golden Visa. Additionally, Spanish authorities may grant you a six-month permit to finalize your property purchase.
2. Option 2: If you already reside in Spain with a different permit, simply purchase property valued at over €500,000 to apply for the investor's residence.
3. Option 3: Apply for the investor's visa at the Spanish embassy while still in your home country. We'll guide you every step of the way.
