JOB SEARCHING RESIDENCE IN SPAIN

We are facing a residence permit of maximum 12 months in order to find a job related to the studies completed. The foreign students who have finished their studies at a higher education institution in Spain and who have obtained a level 6 qualification from the European Qualifications Framework can apply for this residence.

REQUIREMENTS

• Be in a legal situation in Spain
• Obtain a higher degree, master
• Have medical insurance
• Employment must be related to the level of studies completed in Spain

The student may be accompanied by family members if they also accompanied him during his stay for studies.

Place of presentation: In the government office of the province where he resides during the 60 days prior to the end of the study stay.

Deadline: The administration must resolve within 20 days or it will be deemed granted by administrative silence.

The residence will be for 1 year.
