PROFFESSIONAL QUALIFIED WORKING PERMIT IN SPAIN REQUIREMENTS

Under Law 14/2013, the possibility of obtaining a residence permit in Spain for highly qualified foreigners was established.

This authorization gives the right to reside as to work and is valid for the entire national territory.

REQUIREMENTS

• Companies that require the incorporation of professionals must request it:
• Management or highly qualified professionals of large companies or groups of companies or SMEs in strategic sectors.
• Management or highly qualified professionals of business projects of general interest.
• Graduates, postgraduates of universities and business schools of recognized prestige.
• The foreigner may be legally residing in Spain or outside of Spain.

COMPANY REQUIREMENTS

• More than 250 workers
• Annual turnover of more than 50 million euros
• Average annual gross investment not less than 1 million euros
• Stock value of investor exceeding 3 million euros.
• For SMEs, which belong to a strategic sector.
